At Sidney Advisory, we assist our Clients in securing an office premise or virtual office. 

Virtual office 

1. Cost-effective, establish a positive professional image for the business. 

2. A virtual office address may include:
(i) a city centre business address
(ii) telephone number 
(iii) telephone line answered by our staff 
(iv) mail forwarding services.

3. Advantages include:
(i) face to face interaction, higher chance of making successful deals with local customers 
(ii) corporate bank account opening is easier
(iii) free use of boardroom facilities for Client meetings (subject to availability).

Shared office space 

1. A more cost-effective alternative to signing a long term lease for a permanent office space. 

2. A shared office space may include:
(i) a desk and computer in our city centre office
(ii) telephone answering service
(iii) your company signage 
(iv) free wifi and utilities.

3. Most developing countries demand Clients supply a physical office lease before company registration approval. Sidney Advisory will provide our Clients with a flexible short term lease to satisfy Government requirements.

4. During the company incorporation process, Government official will conduct unscheduled surprise visit of the physical office. Therefore, it is important that our Client has a dedicated office space and visible signage. 

5. Advantages includes
(i) avoiding the need to sign long term lease 
(ii) low cost physical space to house employees temporarily until permanent office space is secured 
(iii) cost savings on furniture, refurbishing expenses, utilities etc.

6. When our Client is ready to increase its staff headcount, shared office space may no longer be feasible. Our client then, proceed to secure a permanent office space. 

Permanent office space

1. Sidney Advisory consultants will assist Clients in securing an office or warehouse space to house permanent staff. 

2. Our services include: 
- Documenting our Client's visualisation of the desired premise
- Appointing and supervising local realty agents
- Visiting and short listing office premises
- Negotiating optimum lease terms for our Clients including 
(i) monthly rental
(ii) lease term
(iii) move in date 
(iv) rent-free period
(v) reclaiming of VAT or GST on monthly rental cost 
(vi) timely stamping of the final lease agreement with the relevant Government office
- Ensuring office utilities are activated on time.
